Delivery

All goods are sent via Australia Post and are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the order.

If the goods are required urgently please contact us by phone (03) 9525 1407 or email sales@ideasthatwork.com.au and we will endeavour to get the goods to you at the earliest possible date.

Overseas customers

All are in PAL format and prices in the DVD catalogue are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

For any orders outside Australia please contact Ideas That Work at sales@ideasthatwork.com.au to find out the appropriate price for the DVDs and the postage and handling charges that need to be added to your order. There is no Australian Goods and Service Tax applicable for overseas sales.

If you require any of these in NTSC format, please contact us for a special quote, as a special transfer fee may apply.

Payment for overseas sales can only be accepted by credit card in Australian dollars (Visa, Mastercard) or direct deposit into a nominated bank account. Please contact Ideas That Work for bank account details info@ideasthatwork.com.au.

Preview Policy

All our DVDs are sent out with an invoice on a 14-day preview basis.
Without prior arrangement, if the DVDs are not suitable for your needs they must be returned within 14 days in "as new" condition of being dispatched. There may be a charge applied for late returns or goods not returned in "as new" condition..

Returns and Refunds Policy

Goods are dispatched under the condition that you or your organisation return them in the condition in which they were received and pay for the return postage charges should you decide within 14 days of dispatching the goods that they are not suitable for your needs.

If the goods have been paid for in advance, then a refund cheque will be issued immediately on receipt of the returned goods. Or if you prefer, a credit note can be raised for you to spend on any of our other products.

All care is taken to ensure the goods are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if you do receive faulty goods, please inform us immediately by phone (03) 9525 1407 or email sales@ideasthatwork.com.au. Any faulty goods will be replaced immediately on return of the faulty product.
