Delivery
All goods are sent via Australia Post and are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the order.
If the goods are required urgently please contact us by phone (03) 9525 1407 or email sales@ideasthatwork.com.au and we will endeavour to get the goods to you at the earliest possible date.
Overseas customers
All DVD/videos are in PAL format and prices
in the video catalogue are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
If you require
any of these DVDs/videos in NTSC format please contact us for a special
quote, as a special transfer fee may apply.
For any orders
outside Australia please contact Ideas That Work at
sales@ideasthatwork.com.au
to find out the appropriate price for the DVD/video/s (i.e. there is no
Goods and Service Tax applicable for overseas sales) and postage and handling
charges that need to be added to your order.
Payment for overseas sales can only be accepted by credit card in Australian Dollars (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard).
Preview Policy
All our DVD/ videos are sent out with an invoice
on a 14 day preview basis.
Without prior arrangement, DVD/videos must be returned within 14 days
of being dispatched if they are not suitable for your needs. Please note
the return of DVD/videos after the 14 day period may incur a late fee.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods are dispatched under the condition that you or your organisation pay for the return postage charges should you decide within 14 days of dispatching the goods that they are not suitable for your needs
If the goods have been paid for in advance then a refund cheque will be issued immediately on receipt of the returned goods. Or if you prefer, a credit note can be raised for you to spend on any of our other products.
All care is taken when the goods are dispatched that are in perfect condition. If you received faulty goods please inform us immediately by phone (03) 9525 1407 or email sales@ideasthatwork.com.au. Any faulty goods will be replaced immediately on receipt of the faulty product.
