Workpace English Language and Literacy Program

The main aim of the WELL Program is to assist organisations to train workers in English language, literacy and numeracy skills. This funding is available on a competitive grants basis to organisations for English language and literacy training linked to job-related workplace training and is designed to help workers meet their current and future employment and training needs. Insights to Excellence (i2e) Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that was established to foster and promote an awareness of manufacturing excellence and best practice within the Victorian business community. One of the most effective approaches for ‘Learning to See’ is to share your journey of excellence with other organisations that are on a similar track. This year is the fourth year that Victorian manufacturing organisations have opened their doors and hosted the Victorian Government sponsored Innovation Insights program.
